2. Data we collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone, delivery address when you enquire or book services
• Project information: event dates, venue details, preferences you share
• Technical data: IP address, browser type via essential cookies (see Cookie Policy)
• Billing data: company name, VAT number, payment records for invoiced work

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process data to respond to enquiries and deliver services (contract, Art. 6(1)(b)), comply with tax obligations (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)), and improve our website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). Marketing emails only with consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. Retention

Enquiry records kept up to 24 months. Client and invoice data kept 7 years per Belgian accounting rules. Cookie consent stored locally until you clear browser data.

5. Processors and transfers

We use hosting and email providers under data processing agreements. If data is processed outside the EEA, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

6. Security

We apply access controls, HTTPS, and limit staff access to client data. No method of transmission is fully secure; avoid sending highly sensitive documents by unencrypted email.

7. Your rights

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing, and withdraw consent where applicable. Contact [email protected]. We respond within one month.
